All shipping costs are paid by the customer. We ship within 2-5 business days of receipt of your order, U.S.P.S. Priority Mail, which takes 2-6 days depending on your area. Certain items we may choose to send by First Class Mail, UPS or other method depending on size, weight and the area in which you live. We will determine which shipping method to use to best suit your needs and keep shipping expenses to a minimum. Other methods, i.e., UPS 3-day Select, must be requested. No COD's.
We accept Visa/MC as payment, or you can prepay via check, cashier's check or money order. Allow for check clearance before order is shipped. Customers paying by check or money order must call first so shipping charges can be included in their check. No orders will be processed without shipping charges.
Return Policy: Since we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases, it is recommended you check over your order upon receipt. Please contact us immediately for return authorization should you need to return or exchange any items. Any such items must be returned as new and unused to receive an exchange. There will be no refund for any decal that has been removed from it's backing sheet so please be sure you have ordered the correct decal design and size before opening. Additional shipping charges are the customers responsibility.
